Shipping Policy
We deliver globally, all orders are by courier direct to your door, fully tracked and registered.
Shipping fees:
- North American = $9.99 USD (free shipping for 2 or more units ordered)
- Australia = $13.99 AUD (free shipping for 2 or more units ordered)
- UK = 7.49 GBP (free shipping for 2 or more units ordered)
- Rest of Europe = 8.99 EUR (free shipping for 2 or more units ordered)
Shipping time is 2 to 6 days and is fully tracked.
Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order.
Our shipping and fulfilment is carbon neutral.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery of the product. If 7 days have passed since arrival, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Before requesting a return, please make sure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You must return them to us at your own expense
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a receipt confirmation via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We refund or exchange any defective items that are not caused by user error. If your refund inquiry is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please recheck your bank account. Furthermore, please contact your credit card company, as your refund might take some time before being officially posted. Additionally, you can also contact your bank as processing the refund might take some time before the refund is posted.
